I am a Norwegian composer and guitar teacher born in the western part of the country. I attended the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, where I studied composition. As a composer, I try to cover a broad range of expressions, including works for various chamber ensembles, symphony orchestras and choirs, many different solo instruments, transcriptions of folk melodies (especially for guitar), and film and theatre music.
My personal instrument is the classical guitar, and therefore I naturally have written a lot of music for this instrument. Little by little I will present this music for you in form of solos, duos, trios and quartets.
And, if you are a new beginner when it comes to guitar playing, don't worry! You will find a lot of pieces especially written for you.
